Warranty Policy

This warranty page explains the basic service process for RINADURS gasoline generators. Final coverage depends on the product, purchase channel, region, and proof of purchase.

Warranty service requires

• Valid proof of purchase from an authorized sales channel
• Model name and serial number
• Photos or video showing the issue when requested
• Reasonable use, maintenance, storage, and operation according to the owner manual

Not usually covered

• Damage from misuse, improper fuel, lack of oil, overload, modification, or unsafe operation
• Normal maintenance items such as oil, filters, spark plugs, fuel, and consumables
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect operation
