Activate Your RINADURS Warranty

Submit your generator information. RINADURS support will review the details manually and confirm whether the warranty is active, pending review, or rejected.

Step 1: Product

Choose the generator model and enter the serial number from the rating label or warranty card.

Step 2: Purchase

Provide the Amazon Order ID or purchase channel and purchase date.

Step 3: Contact

Enter your name, email, and country so support can confirm the result.

Warranty activation request

Use this form to send your activation request to RINADURS support. Submissions are reviewed manually before activation.

If the form is unavailable, email the same details to support.rinadurs@gmail.com.

Safety notice: Use gasoline generators only outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Never operate a generator indoors, in a garage, tent, RV interior, basement, or any enclosed space.
